Quelle est la différence entre l'enduro et le DH ?

L'enduro et la descente (DH) sont deux disciplines du VTT qui, bien qu'ayant des similarités, diffèrent principalement par leurs formats de course, les types de parcours, et les exigences techniques.

L'enduro consiste en plusieurs spéciales chronométrées (généralement des descentes) entrecoupées de liaisons non chronométrées (souvent en montée ou sur terrain plat) que les coureurs doivent franchir dans un temps imparti.

La DH est une discipline de vitesse pure où les coureurs descendent un parcours spécifique le plus rapidement possible. Chaque coureur fait plusieurs essais sur le même parcours et la course finale consiste généralement en un seul run chronométré.

Les vélos d'enduro sont conçus pour être polyvalents, avec une suspension avant et arrière plus importante que les vélos de cross-country, mais généralement moins de débattement que les vélos de DH. Ils sont construits pour être efficaces en montée et performants en descente.

Les vélos de DH sont conçus pour la descente uniquement, avec des suspensions à grand débattement, des cadres renforcés, des pneus larges et des freins puissants. Ils sont lourds et non adaptés pour la montée.

Les garanties dépendent de la marque de votre produit. Mais en générale la garantie sur un produit neuf est de 2 ans.

Quelle est la maintenance à faire régulièrement sur mon vélo ?

Si vous souhaitez annuler votre commande il n'y a aucuns soucis, tout est gratuit. Par contre, si vous avez précommandé un produit il vous faudra payer une cotation de 5%.

Quel est le délais moyen de livraison ?

Le délais moyen de livraison est de 2 à 5 jours pour une livraison standard et 3 à 7 jours en point relais.

Combien va coûter l'expédition ?

L'expédition peut vous coûter entre 7 et 12€ en fonction de la prise en charge dans un point relais ou de la livraison à votre domicile.

Pour les vélos le prix sera forcément plus élevé au vu de la taille du colis.

Je réalise que le vélo est endommagé juste après avoir ouvert le colis.

Vous devez réclamer les dommages directement auprès du livreur, au moment de la livraison. Si vous ne l'avez pas fait, contactez nous rapidement à l'adresse info@jms-sports.com. Gardez soigneusement le carton puisqu'il nous sera utile pour déterminer les responsabilités.

Je souhaite retourner un produit, comment faire ?

Vous disposez de 14 jours à partir de la date de réception pour retourner un produit. Les articles doivent être retournés neufs, non utilisés et dans leur emballage d'origine. Les produits retournés ne respectant pas ces conditions ne seront pas remboursés. Votre produit est livré avec le double des clés. Il y a un numéro de suivi gravé sur la clé, le numéro se trouve aussi sur une plaquette attachée aux clés. Gardez précieusement ce numéro, en cas de perte des clés, nous pourrons faire produire une copie des clés correspondante à votre serrure.
